Every Summer Day: Performance in Manifest, May 16
Every Summer Day was shown at Columbia College's yearly street-art festival, Manifest, through TICTOC, the performance art series. Over the course of two hours, masked performers ferried paper clouds across the space. En route, the clouds were weighed and recorded, then discarded.

The concept, masks, clouds, contraptions and sets were all my work (with the notable exception of the wonderful sound element by Joseph Riley), but it would have all fallen apart without the other performers in the piece, as well as those who pitched in to help and document.

Performers:
Ken Gerleve, cloud processor
Sara Andrews, cloud assessor and recorder
Joseph Riley, cloud waste management

All photos by Erin Barnard.
Video shot by Laura Heather Hobson and hopefully making an appearance somewhere soon.
TICTOC Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator: John Rich & Tannar Veatch, respectively.
